7-10 years of commercial construction experience in a Superintendent role
Bachelors degree preferred
Experience running commercial projects in healthcare, office space, general commercial projects
Strong technical ability including reading/interpreting drawings required
Experience managing project budgets up to $20M as well as project schedules
Experience with a construction management software ideally Procore
Professional communication and attitude
