Position Overview

As a Superintendent, you’ll oversee and manage construction operations for our high-profile water/wastewater projects. You’ll work closely with project teams to ensure that safety, schedule, quality, and cost objectives are achieved to the highest standard. This role requires a hands-on leader with deep experience in heavy civil infrastructure and water/wastewater construction who’s comfortable navigating diverse locations and unique project challenges.

Responsibilities

• Project Leadership

  Lead on-site construction activities, ensuring projects meet time, quality, and cost targets.

  
  

• Coordination

  Collaborate with engineers, subcontractors, and project managers for smooth project execution.

  
  

• Safety Compliance

  Champion a culture of safety and enforce all safety protocols on-site.

  
  

• Quality Control

  Oversee all phases of project construction, ensuring adherence to design specs and quality standards.

  
  

• Problem-Solving

  Address and resolve project challenges proactively to avoid delays and cost overruns.

  
  

• Team Management

  Mentor junior staff, guiding their professional development and growth.

  
  

Qualifications

• Experience

  Proven background in heavy civil and water/wastewater construction as a Superintendent or equivalent role.

  
  

• Travel Flexibility

  Willingness to travel across the United States and work in various locations as needed.

  
  

• Education

  Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field experience preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.

  
  

• Skills

  Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills with a commitment to safety and quality.

  
  

• Certifications

  OSHA 30, PMP, or similar certifications are advantageous.
