We are an experienced Employee owned General Contractor with over 100 employees across Arizona. Some of the projects we get involved in are multifamily, commercial, healthcare, k12, etc.

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Superintendent to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all construction projects, ensuring that work is completed on time and within budget. This role is integral to the success of our operations, and we are seeking someone who can bring a high level of expertise and dedication to the position.
Responsibilities:
As a Superintendent, you will be expected to:
1. Oversee all aspects of construction projects from planning to implementation.
2. Allocate resources for assigned projects.
3. Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors.
4. Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, and clients.
5. Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costs.
6. Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications.
7. Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status.
8. Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones.
9. Analyze, manage and mitigate risks.
10. Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.
11. Ensure all safety guidelines are followed strictly and establish a safe work environment.
Qualifications:
To be considered for the Superintendent position, candidates must meet the following requirements:
1. Ability to read and understand blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.
2. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in construction management or related field.
3. Advanced knowledge of construction management processes, means and methods.
4. Expert knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards.
5. Understanding of all facets of the construction process.
6. Familiarity with construction management software.
7. Competent in conflict and crisis management.
8. Excellent time and project management skills.
9. Strong leadership and human resources management skills.
10. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
