Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Superintendent at Signal Hill Builders. The Superintendent will oversee daily on-site operations, manage subcontractors, coordinate with project managers, ensure project timelines are met, and uphold safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 5-10 Years of Supertindent Experience Desired specifically in commercial.
• Construction Management, Project Management, and Leadership skills
• Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety procedures
• Experience in scheduling, budgeting, and problem-solving
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and construction management software
• Relevant certifications (e.g., OSHA, LEED) are a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field highly desired
• Proficiency with PROCORE & Bluebeam Highly Desired
