**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Initial Engagement:** Within the first month, embrace our onboarding process, including safety, equipment training, and certifications. Offer insights, manage progress using our project management software, and ensure daily coordination with the team and clients.
- **3-Month Milestone:** Successfully manage a significant project, emphasizing detail and quality to meet customer and regulatory inspection standards.
- **Continued Excellence:** Uphold our ethos, demonstrating integrity and empathy, and fostering a strong work ethic within your team. Adapt and lead with competence, regardless of project stage or specialty.
**Your Background:**
- 5+ years in a Superintendent role.
- 3+ years in construction specific to retail, hospitality, and related industries.
- Proficient in basic construction math, document interpretation, and methods.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with ProCore is a plus.
- Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation.
- Current OSHA 10 and CPR certification are highly desirable.
- Willingness to travel and occasionally stay overnight as required.
- Ability to perform physical tasks and handle equipment as needed.
