Job Details
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Supervise, lead, and plan all field operations to ensure the profitable completion of projects
- Assist with bidding and budgeting information as required
- Organize, supervise, and lead the field employees needed to start and complete projects within budget and meet customer expectations.
- Assess strengths/weaknesses within the field department, identifying and enacting corrective measures to improve safety, quality, productivity and cost savings
- Ensure approved work instructions, procedures and best practices are followed
- Manage field assets to ensure first time quality on projects, while providing on-time delivery, as well as timely completion of the project
- Provide exemplary service to our internal and external customers, including, but not limited to the following:
- Ensure a safe working environment on jobsites for employees by upholding the high safety standards set by us and meeting ISO and OSHA requirements
- Utilize Microsoft Office products and proprietary software via computer and/or tablet
- Other projects and duties as assigned
Basic Qualifications
- Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in construction trades
- Minimum of two (2) years in a direct management or supervisory role in construction trades
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
