We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee our multifamily construction projects. The ideal candidate will ensure that all aspects of the construction process are carried out efficiently, on schedule, and within budget, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise all phases of multifamily construction projects from start to finish
- Coordinate and communicate with subcontractors, suppliers, and crew members to ensure project goals are met
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Monitor project progress, schedule, and budget, making adjustments as necessary
- Conduct regular site inspections to assess work quality and progress
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on site promptly and effectively
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting to stakeholders
- Proven experience as a Superintendent in multifamily construction
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety practices
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field preferred
- OSHA certification is a plus
