This is a full-time, year-round opportunity, with project durations of 12-24 months, for a Superintendent to work on-site with full benefit offerings:

The Superintendent is responsible for all construction efforts in the field to ensure project is safely constructed in accordance with design, budget, and schedule.
- Supervises all Stevens Construction personnel and subcontractors onsite to ensure work is completed accurately, safely and to our quality standards.
- Develops, updates and tracks performance of construction schedule.
- Maintain all jobsite paperwork: daily log, delivery tickets, field work orders, timecards, plans, specs and shop drawings, purchase orders, subcontracts, and project photos.
- Manages and schedules punch list work with owner, architect, and subcontractors.
- Enforces all jobsite safety requirements.
- Creates a positive, professional, friendly environment onsite.
- Maintains a clean and orderly jobsite.
Requirements:
- 10+ years' experience as a commercial new construction Project Superintendent from a general contractor or construction management firm
- Multiple multi-unit, new construction projects from start to finish as the overall jobsite Superintendent
- Ability to read, interpret, and edit construction schematics and documents electronically
- Proficiency within Microsoft Suites and other project scheduling software
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including but not limited to: standing or walking for long periods of time, occasionally on uneven terrain, bending, kneeling, crouching, climbing stairs, and/or lifting heavy loads of up to 50 pounds
