 Join an esteemed Marine Construction company with a strong presence in the Boston area as a Superintendent. As a key player in the industry, this client is seeking a highly qualified Superintendent to oversee and manage marine construction projects with precision and expertise.

Position Overview: We are in search of a Superintendent with a proven track record in marine construction, particularly in commercial or residential projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of projects, meeting high-quality standards, and maintaining a commitment to safety.

Responsibilities of Superintendent: 

• Oversee day-to-day operations of marine construction projects. 
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and stakeholders for seamless project execution. 
• Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. 
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and quality control measures. 
• Provide technical expertise and problem-solving on-site.

Qualifications: 

• Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in marine construction. 
• Proven experience as a Superintendent in commercial or residential marine construction. 
• Strong leadership and organizational skills. 
• In-depth knowledge of marine construction processes, regulations, and safety standards. 
• Ability to manage and resolve complex issues effectively.
