• Strong leadership skills to supervise and coordinate on-site construction teams effectively.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and quality assurance protocols.
• Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities to address any construction-related challenges.
• Attention to detail in monitoring construction progress and maintaining high-quality standards.
• Possess excellent communication skills to interact with clients and provide regular project updates.
