Job Title: Electrical Superintendent – Commercial Projects

Location: Charlotte, NC

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of electrical activities on commercial construction projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising field labor, managing productivity, and controlling labor costs for one or more projects. Your expertise will help ensure that all project goals are met on time and within budget while maintaining our high standards of safety, quality, and compliance.

Responsibilities:

Labor & Coordination: Manage labor productivity, task codes, budgeting, and collaborate with project teams to meet goals.

Contractor Relations: Build and maintain relationships with contractors and their teams; attend and engage in project meetings.

Scheduling & Resource Management: Plan and allocate labor, tools, and materials to meet schedules, budget, and production targets.

Technical Oversight: Provide technical guidance, resolve issues, and supervise Foremen and Electricians to ensure quality and safety.

BIM & VDC Support: Participate in BIM meetings, review technical drawings, and identify prefab opportunities for efficiency.
