Superintendent - Drywall Experience - Gpac

Position Overview:
The Superintendent will be responsible for managing on-site operations and ensuring that all drywall projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires a hands-on leader with a strong background in drywall construction and a passion for delivering outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all on-site activities for drywall projects, including scheduling, workforce management, and quality control.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and internal crews to ensure efficient workflows.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, plans, and safety regulations.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Estimators, and other team members to align on project goals and timelines.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, schedules, and change orders.
• Communicate effectively with clients, architects, and engineers to address concerns and ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Superintendent in drywall construction or a related field.
• Deep understanding of drywall materials, methods, and installation processes.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with construction scheduling and management tools (e.g., Procore, MS Project).
• Knowledge of safety regulations and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
