Superintendent - Express Employment Professionals Miami-Dade South

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Superintendent to oversee the day-to-day operations of a commercial construction project. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex projects from inception to completion. This role requires strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily construction activities on job sites.
• Communicate project progress with clients and project managers
• Manage subcontractors and construction site organization
• Plan & review construction program including plan layout, equipment requirements and manpower.
• Coordinate, schedule and maintain records of all project testing and certificates including concrete and soil testing.
• Work with project manager to establish temporary construction services.

Qualifications:

• 10 - 15 years in the construction area
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in construction or engineering, any related field.

Position is Monday through Friday, 8a.m. to 5p.m., Hours may vary
