We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Permanent Superintendent to join our dynamic team. This role is critical to our success and requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously. Your responsibility will be to oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion while monitoring compliance with safety and building regulations.
Responsibilities:
1. Overseeing all phases of multifamily, ground-up, and residential construction projects from initial planning to completion.
2. Coordinating and directing construction workers and subcontractors, ensuring they understand their roles and responsibilities.
3. Reviewing and interpreting construction plans and specifications to ensure project is built according to the design.
Qualifications:
1. A minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Superintendent in the Construction industry, specifically with multifamily, ground-up, and residential construction projects.
2. Comprehensive knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, OSHA guidelines, and regulations.
3. Ability to read and understand blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.
