A premier Texas-based general contractor specializing in Construction Management, Design/Build, and General Contracting is seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead on-site construction operations and oversee field personnel. Projects are located exclusively in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise all on-site construction activities.
• Direct field personnel to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within scope.
• Maintain clear, consistent communication with Project Managers and administrative teams.
• Develop and update project schedules to guarantee timely project delivery.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of field crews and personnel.
• Prepare and submit daily site reports and timesheets.
• Participate in on-site and off-site meetings as scheduled.
• Promote and enforce strict safety standards and practices.

Qualifications

• Experience: 5+ years in the construction industry, including at least 2 years as a lead Superintendent.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of OSHA regulations and compliance requirements.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in blueprint and contract document review; experience with construction management software is a plus.
• Soft Skills: Team-oriented leader with the ability to build positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
