Responsibilities include managing site operations, ensuring safety, budgeting, quality control, and maintaining communication with clients and stakeholders to ensure timely and cost-effective project completion.

Job Details
MUST HAVE:
- BS in a related field OR equivalent professional experience
- 3+ years of commercial construction superintendent experience
- Proven experience in supervising crews and managing construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction cost control and basic accounting principles.
- Proficient in reading and understanding blueprints and construction documents.
- Excellent ability to manage project scheduling and budgeting.
- Exceptional leadership and project management skills.
