Superintendent - Commercial Construction

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of construction site, ensuring efficient workflow.
• Supervise subcontractors and construction crews, providing clear direction and guidance.
• Monitor project schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment.
• Coordinate material deliveries and manage site inventory.
• Review and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve any issues or delays.
• Communicate regularly with project managers and other stakeholders to provide project updates.
• Assist in resolving on-site conflicts or concerns.
• Maintain quality control to ensure high construction standards.
• Document and report on work progress and project milestones.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent on projects over $20 Million. 
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and building codes
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize efficiently
