Position Overview:
A prestigious general contractor with over 50 years of history in Columbus, Ohio, is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee commercial construction projects ranging from $20 million to $80 million. The ideal candidate will bring proven expertise in managing complex projects, a strong understanding of construction processes, and proficiency in Procore. This is an opportunity to contribute to some of the most notable and impactful projects in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of commercial construction projects, ensuring adherence to budgets, schedules, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with project teams, subcontractors, and clients to achieve project goals.
• Oversee on-site safety, quality control, and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Utilize Procore to maintain project documentation, scheduling, and communication effectively.
• Provide leadership and direction to field staff, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in commercial construction, with projects valued between $20 million and $80 million.
• Proven expertise with Procore project management software.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Exceptional communication skills to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
