Job Details

Responsibilities:

Onsite supervision to ensure all work is carried out in accordance with project plans and specifications.
Ensuring that all construction activities comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work, and taking corrective action as necessary.
Collaborate with Project Manager, GC/Home Builder, and other subcontractors.
Maintain project schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
Document control.

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience as a Superintendent in the construction industry, preferably with concrete experience.
Construction Management degree, preferred.
Proficiency in project management software.
Communication skills to work with a diverse project team and various stakeholders.
