Superintendent - Gpac

A well-known regional General Contractor has a impressive backlog of work into 2027 and they are looking to add to their growing team. They have a great reputation and work on a multitude of commercial projects from schools to office buildings, to higher education, to hospitals and medical labs. They are looking for a dynamic team player to oversee the construction of multiple projects.

This Superintendent will be responsible for managing and scheduling the on-site work for an exciting project!

Scheduling, managing subcontractor lists and keeping the project up to date with the Project Manager and Owner. 

The ideal candidate will have anywhere from 5+ years of experience.  Strong network with local subcontractors a plus.
