The Superfeet Product Manager is an essential member of the Product Team, working closely with the Vice President of Product and Innovation to curate the product vision and strategy that contribute to the completion of the Superfeet’s long- and short-term business objectives. As a Product Manager you will manage new product creation through the stage gate process from ideation through the commercialization. You will be responsible for creating market-leading products that enable the Superfeet brand to grow by evolving, developing, and organizing the product offerings.

Your Expected Approach:
- Work closely with the Vice President of Product and Innovation to ensure synchronization of the product families and evolve the line architecture to match business growth goals and objectives
- Lead the Superfeet Product Team through the ideation, development, and launch of innovative products
- Drive the creation of Superfeet products to that meet the needs of target consumers, are competitive in the intended market(s) and offer a unique product value proposition
- Compile consumer data, retail trends and competitive data to create innovative ideas for creating/maintaining a comprehensive product strategy for Superfeet product line(s)
- Present line concepts, product, and strategic vision to Superfeet management, strategic partners, and retail partners across of variety of settings
- Support the successful sell-in and sell-through of new and existing products via close collaboration, communication and product data accuracy throughout the organization to ensure the yearly targets are met
- Assist the Product Marketing and Consumer Marketing teams in the identification and development of key product insights for retailers, consumers, internal support teams, marketing, and sales colleagues
- Assist in proofing product line components which includes collateral sales tools such as catalogs, components, hang tags, Point of Purchase (P.O.P), packaging and label/logo information
- Work cross-functionally to ensure that product timelines are met and that all relevant product-related information is provided to appropriate departments in a timely manner
Your Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal communication skills
- Possess an understanding of consumer trends and consumer behaviors (category insights, preferences, and interests) and a demonstrated ability to identify new trends in the ever-changing marketplace
- Demonstrate knowledge of footwear technology and function across a variety of retail channels (e.g., run, outdoor, sporting goods, ski, independent shoe, work, medical)
- Demonstrate the ability to multitask and function in a fast-paced work environment
- Possess the ability to anticipate how decisions may impact all departments in our organization, our retail partners and/or our customers
- Display an enthusiastic, self-motivated, and collaborative mindset focused on providing solutions
- Possess strong analytical and organizational skills
- Experience working with PLM software
- Possess a thorough understanding of and ability to utilize Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook, & PowerPoint

Your Experience and Education:
- Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 4 years’ experience (preferably in sporting goods), in a product management, assistant product manager or similar product role (2 years of additional experience in lieu of a degree)
Compensation: $80,000 - $90,000/year DOE
Work Location: Ferndale, WA
