Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Sales Director at Sun Com Mobile in Atlanta, GA. The Regional Director will be responsible for team management, telecommunications operations, project management, team leadership, and program management on a day-to-day basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Strategy: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of district managers, store managers, and sales associates within your region. Develop and implement regional strategies to achieve sales goals, enhance operational efficiency, and improve customer satisfaction.
- Sales & Business Growth: Drive regional sales performance by developing and executing targeted marketing initiatives, promotions, and customer engagement strategies. Identify opportunities to grow the business and enhance market penetration.
- Team Development: Focus on recruitment, training, and the development of talent within the region. Foster a culture of success and accountability, ensuring that every team member is equipped to meet and exceed performance expectations.
- Customer Experience: Ensure all retail locations provide a best-in-class customer experience. Ensure high standards of customer service, resolution of issues, and proactive engagement with customers.
- Operations & Compliance: Oversee the day-to-day retail operations, ensuring adherence to company policies, operational guidelines, and compliance standards. Monitor inventory management, visual merchandising, and store upkeep.
- Financial Performance: Manage and monitor the regional budget, ensuring profitability while controlling costs. Utilize financial data to drive decisions that maximize profitability and operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 7+ years of progressive experience in retail management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role at a regional or multi-unit level. Wireless or telecom industry experience is preferred but not required.
- Leadership Skills: Proven track record of managing, developing, and motivating teams across multiple locations.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to use data to make informed decisions and drive business strategies.
- Customer-Focused: Deep commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences and satisfaction.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business needs.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Travel: Must be willing to travel within the region as needed.
