Responsibilities
We are seeking a 2025 summer intern to support our Learning Management and Support Services (LMSS) contract with our Intelligence Community client. At Noblis, our LMSS contract has numerous teams that support the educational and professional development for our client’s workforce. In this project, the intern will work with our Learning Management team and support the development and maintenance of engaging and effective learning solutions including web-based training (WBT), instructor led training (ILT), and virtual instructor led training (VILT).
Responsibilities:
- Work with instructional designers (ISDs) and curriculum advisors (CAs) to assess and implement adjustments to learning solutions, maintain existing course materials according to client and accreditation standards, and maximize continuous improvement
- Meet regularly with stakeholders to gather information, ideate on evidence-based instructional delivery techniques, employ innovative and efficient methods, and incorporate collected feedback throughout the course development process
- Design synchronous/asynchronous instructional materials and performance support tools that effectively improve learner’s performance while minimizing impact to time away from mission
- Work in a fast-paced environment and meet deliverable deadlines
Required Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- U.S. Citizenship
- GPA of 3.3 or higher
- Pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in the field of education, instructional design, human performance, organizational development, or similar field of study (or comparable work experience)
- Strong written, research, and oral communications skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
- Strong attention to detail
- High-level of customer service
- Experience working with Microsoft Office and/or Adobe Applications
Desired Qualifications
- TS/SCI clearance
- Ability to work with all levels of internal and external staff and stakeholders
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and to work flexible schedules as necessary
- Experience in developing learning solutions for Intelligence Community agencies
- Experience conducting detailed training and/or job/task analyses
- Experience working with virtual learning environments and facilitating live virtual events

Compensation at Noblis is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the combination of education, certifications, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, internal and external equity, location, clearance level, as well as contract-specific affordability, organizational requirements and applicable employment laws. The projected compensation range for this position is based on full time status. For part time or on-call staff, compensation is proportionately adjusted based on hours worked. While monetary compensation is important, it's just one component of Noblis’ total compensation package.
