onsemi is seeking a self-driven and motivated professional to join the Protection and Signal Business Unit “PSBU” as Applications Engineer Intern in Phoenix, Arizona. As an Applications Engineer Intern, you will have opportunities to enhance your understanding of Solid State Electronic Devices, develop printed circuit boards, use state of the art tools to perform simulations, strengthen your hands on experience in device and system level characterization, and work with various teams including marketing, design, characterization and product engineers to develop highly differentiated and innovative products for the industrial, mobile, cloud, telecom and other market segments.
The Protection and Signal Business Unit is a recognized leader in its target markets with an exciting strategy and roadmaps. Key growth-engines are ESD/surge protection diodes, RF discretes, and standard and high-performance transistors, among other technologies.
