Sugarloaf Kitchen Steward / Dishwasher - Sugarloaf Mountain

Kitchen stewards are a key position for all of our resort Food and Beverage locations. Job duties typically include washing dishes, sweeping and mopping floors, as well as cleaning and detailing equipment. Kitchen stewards also maintain the kitchen, dishwashing, and back area in accordance with local authority and restaurant guidelines.

We currently have openings for both part-time and full-time seasonal roles. Shifts and work locations may vary and could require nights, days, weekends, and/or holidays. • Ensure the kitchen is clean, well maintained and organized at all times.
• Ensure floors are dry and clean at all times.
• Collect and remove trash and recycling from all areas of the operation.
• Cleans and sanitizes pots, pans, utensils, and other minor equipment following established procedures.
• Clean, sanitize and close workstations.
• Assist in light food preparation as directed by manager or chef on duty.
• Other duties as assigned.

The Kitchen Steward, upon demonstrated job performance excellence, will be considered for numerous growth opportunities.

No previous experience required. Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
