About the Job

Shift Leader

Duties:

Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth workflow during assigned shift.
Train and supervise staff members, providing guidance and support as needed.
Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as necessary.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.
Assist with food production, catering, bartending, and banquet services as needed.
Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategies for improving efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in the coffee, hotel, or food service industry preferred.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a food service environment.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
