QUALIFICATIONS:
- Associate's degree in child development, early childhood education, or a related field OR at least 60 college credits
- At least 7-12 college credits in Child Development/Early Childhood Education
- Middlesex County Substitute Certificate required
- Experience working with low-income/urban population
- Two years of experience as a full-time preschool teacher preferred

- Follow NJ state requirement as per NJ Department of Children and Families, Office of Licensing, Chapter 122 Manual of Requirement for Child Care Centers
- Follow Center policy for the discipline and care of students in accordance with the DCF, Office of Licensing and PRAB manual & procedures
- Ensure compliance with PRAB rules, regulations and procedures accordance with PRAB Employee Handbook and other program departmental guidance
- Understand and follow center's Crisis Management Plan and Procedures
- Complete daily Meal Count and Attendance Record for the Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP)
- Maintain record of student's allergy information and ensure center's compliance in meal service
- Demonstrate consistent and reliable attendance and punctuality
