Substitute Teacher - Drama - Poway High School - Poway Unified School District

Poway High School is looking for a long-term substitute teacher teaching drama until December 20, 2024 or longer.

Applicants must submit all required documents to be considered, including a valid teaching credential for this long-term substitute position.

CREDENTIALS REQUIRED:

A valid California Single Subject Teaching Credential - English or other valid California teaching credential authorizing teaching English or a Designated Subject Career Technical Education (CTE) Arts, Media, and Entertainment Credential.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS:

1. Applicants must have an English Language Learners (CLAD credential) in order to be considered for the position.
2. Copy of single subject teaching credential (English or other valid California teaching credential authorizing teaching English).
3. Copy of Transcript (Official transcripts are required upon hiring).

5. Letter of introduction, addressed to Kelly Burke, Ed.D., Director of Human Resources.
6. Three (3) letters of reference, signed/dated within the past 12 months. Applicants are encouraged to include at least one (1) letter of reference from a supervising or site

administrator. Applicants who have never held a full-time position, are encouraged to have a letter of reference from a site administrator where they completed their student teaching.
