Seeking Subject Matter Expert candidates with relevant Environmental Management Sector Experience (functional and technical area expertise also ideal) to support professional services engagement for Environmental Management Sector Clients such as DOE-PASS.  This as a Contract Contingent or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099) Position and ProSidian reserves the right to convert to a Full-Time ProSidian employed W-2 Position.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES - Subject Matter Expert | Professional and Administrative Support Services  [DOE-PASS961966]

• Provide expert technical, managerial, and administrative guidance for problem definition, analysis, and resolution in highly complex systems.
• Lead efforts in defining and developing requirements for large-scale, intricate systems across the organization.
• Analyze existing systems and processes to identify opportunities for improvement, optimization, or maintenance.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance system performance, efficiency, and reliability.
• Offer organization-wide recommendations on system improvements and optimization efforts based on technical and managerial insights.
• Act as a trusted advisor for implementing advanced solutions to meet organizational needs.

Desired Qualifications For Subject Matter Expert | Professional and Administrative Support Services  [DOE-PASS961966] (DOE-PASS961966) Candidates:

• 10+ years of experience in managing and analyzing complex systems, with a focus on systems optimization and requirements development.
• Proven track record of implementing large-scale system improvements across an organization.

Education / Experience Requirements / Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, information technology, or a related field. Advanced degrees are preferred.

Skills Required
