About the Job
Job Summary:
As a Subaru Sales Associate at Mitchell Subaru in Canton, Connecticut, you will be responsible for selling new and pre-owned Subaru vehicles to customers. You will work as an individual contributor to meet and exceed sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service. This is a full-time position in the auto industry with a lucrative compensation package.

Responsibilities:
- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals set by management
- Greet and assist customers in a professional, friendly manner
- Educate customers on the features and benefits of Subaru vehicles
- Conduct test drives and provide product demonstrations
- Negotiate and finalize sales transactions
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, market trends, and competitive offerings
- Utilize CRM system to track and manage customer interactions and sales progress
- Collaborate with the sales team and management to achieve overall dealership goals
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent, post-secondary education is a plus
- Prior sales experience in the auto industry is preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings
- Valid driver's license and good driving record
- Proficient in using technology and CRM systems
- Knowledge of Subaru vehicles and their features is a plus
