About the Job
Under the direction of the Vice President of Clinical Operations, the Administrative Coordinator provides support, coordination and reporting for programs and services.
In this role, you will assist in the development of services, projects and quality initiatives and coordinate and measures these activities. Works with all members of the clinic administration team as well as other departments on a regular basis.
Responsibilities
- Reporting: Generate and organize data into reports and informational summaries in order to monitor performance. Analyze data and prepare reports in order to extract meaningful insights on key performance indicators in the Clinic, which can be used to better understand and improve performance. Prepare presentations and present findings of analyses clearly and concisely to appropriate parties.
- Work with the Vice President of Clinic Operations and members of the administrative team to track and facilitate reporting for regulatory agencies and certification or recognition programs including but not limited to ADA, NCQA, PQRS, Meaningful Use and MACRA/MIPS.
- Support the efforts of the quality committee including scheduling, meeting preparation, agendas, minutes and follow up.
- International Patients: Communicate with prospective international patients, coordinate paperwork, provide pricing estimates, schedule appointments, serve as patient liaison and interface with Patient Financial Services and Interpreter Services.
- Support the international concierge medicine program for self-pay patients who are looking for a concierge visit. Coordination involves, processing of request, fee estimates, provider scheduling and medical records coordination.
- Coordinates summer student program including application process, interviews and daily responsibilities. Serves as resource to students.
- Coordinates the patient satisfaction survey process and summarizes the results.
- Assists with drafting and formatting the monthly clinic newsletter.
- Supports other clinic administration initiatives as requested.
Qualifications
- College degree preferred or commensurate experience
- Minimum 5 years experience working with health care or in clinical health care delivery systems preferred
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office products
- Excellent communication, writing, organizational and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated analytical skills, executive function and ability to work independently
- Ability to consistently perform detailed work to ensure accuracy in collecting, analyzing and recording data
