As the Design Studio Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing our design studio operations and providing essential administrative support. Your expertise in the flooring industry will be key in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our studio.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the design studio, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.
- Assist clients in the selection process, providing expert advice on flooring options, styles, and trends.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings and industry developments.
- Maintain the design studio clean, organized, and with the most up-to-date samples.
- Create selection boards with colors and specifications for clients.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and client inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
- Schedule appointments and manage the studio calendar.
- Prepare and process quotes, invoices, and purchase orders using RFMS Software.
- Maintain accurate records and manage filing systems.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client needs and resolving issues promptly.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring a positive experience from initial consultation to project completion.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the flooring industry is required.
- Proficiency with RFMS Software is essential.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Creative mindset with a passion for design.
- Being able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Salary and Benefits:
- Full - Time
- Competitive salary range at $55,000 - $65,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
