Student - Scoops Cashier - Utah Valley University

Utah Valley University is seeking a student to join the Campus Store team!

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Must have current Food Handlers Permit or be able to acquire one within 2 weeks of being hired.

• Responsible for stocking products, scooping ice cream, and cleaning.

• The cashier will be accountable for cash and other transactions.

• You must balance the cash tray at the end of the shift.

• Employees will be required to know the duties of cashiers, customer service, and sales.

• Must have excellent customer service skills and handle stress well.

• 10 key and accounting skills may be helpful.

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Must be able to stand for long periods.

• Ability to follow oral and written instructions.

• Ability to be on time for work.

• Must be a current UVU Student.

• Must have at least 3 months cashiering experience.

• Must have Summer 2023 Class Schedule.

• Must have a current Food Handlers Permit or be able to acquire one within 2 weeks of being hired.
