Tacoma Community College seeks a motivated, organized and enthusiastic individual to serve as a Student Mentor for Outreach Recruitment Entry Services (S.M.O.R.E.S.). The selected individuals must be able to work in a multifunctional environment and be passionate working with diverse student populations. As student advocates and relationship builders, SMORES will assist in the development and implementation of new student outreach designed to meet the needs of community members in targeted geographic areas and specific student populations. The teammate must be willing to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends. Student Mentors report directly to the Adult BIPOC Outreach Specialist.
