an active participation in a local Bible-believing church
Required Experience and Education
Two or more years of administrative, customer service, or education experience
Bachelor’s degree or enrolled in a relevant degree program preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and databases
CRM experience preferred
Strong technology and research skills
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with all levels of ACSI internal management and staff, outside clients, and vendors
Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to multi-task
Proven ability to interact effectively with leadership and peers and work effectively with cross-functional team
Integrity in dealing with confidential information
Physical Demands and Work Environment
Professional remote work environment in which to conduct videoconferences and phone calls
Ability and willingness to travel up to five times per year for two to four days by plane or automobile
Driver’s License required to be kept current and in effect as a condition of employment
Employee is regularly required to walk, sit, use hands and fingers, talk, and hear
Essential duties require the use of computers to process information
The employee frequently is required to reach with hands and arms
Specific vision abilities required by this job include the ability to read at close range and distinguish colors and contrasts
The noise level in the work environment is usually minimal
Able to lift and move boxes, files, and deliveries up to 30 pounds
Able to manage a sales booth at events for up to 10 hours, sitting and standing
