Who We Are:
Developing spacecraft avionics and payload solutions for a diverse client base, utilizing leading edge technology.
Objectives of this Role:
- Support design, analysis, documentation, verification, and test of digital electronics hardware for space applications including command and control, data storage, signal processing, and communications.
- Participate in the full lifecycle design for related flight digital electronics in high reliability systems for space applications; perform analysis and implement designs from concept to hardware; work with team of full-time engineers.
- Summer 2025 internship position.
Daily and Monthly Responsibilities:
- Learn from full-time staff that are responsible for design, test, and delivery of printed circuit boards, FPGA, and potentially, embedded processor designs; complete worst case timing analysis and other analysis necessary to justify related digital electronics.
- Learn from full-time staff about the full PCB life cycle including providing direction to PCB designers/manufacturers, and working within an integrated project team with other disciplines such as packaging, parts, reliability, production and quality assurance.
Requirements:
- Must be pursuing a Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or Computer Science.
- 0 years: Circuit Design, with emphasis on power electronics and/or digital design.
- FPGA Development
- A valid/clear driver's license is required.
