Reporting:
The Structures Supervisor reports directly to the Director of Maintenance.

Key Performance Indicators / Duties & Responsibilities:
- Directly supervise Structures personnel as assigned.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Builds quality capability and responsiveness for Avmax Group Inc.
- Carry out maintenance repairs on customer aircraft.
- Recommend schedules that support the operation.
- Assist management in developing training curriculum specific to structures personnel.
- Complete annual evaluations on structures personnel as required.
- Coordinate with Project Managers to assign tasks that support the project plan.
- Sign work sheets and work cards for work accomplished - completely and accurately.
- Coordinate with Planning, Production and Project Managers for the accomplishment of Major Repairs.
- Attend training courses as directed by company management.
- Ensure all defects being deferred have been done following proper procedures.
- Provide technical assistance or guidance as needed.
- Ensure work environment is safe and clean.
- Promote company values, vision, and mission.
Qualifications:
- Certified A&P.
- Good knowledge of aviation regulations.
- Demonstrated ability to work well with other individuals throughout the organization.
- Possesses strong fundamental aircraft knowledge.
- Demonstrated capability and competency in field of expertise.
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in the field.
The physical demands described below are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. The employee will be required to:
- Occasionally lift 50 pounds
- Bend
- Stoop
- Kneel
- Crawl
- Climb ladders
- Stand for extended periods of time
- Work at heights of greater than 10 feet utilizing fall restraint equipment as necessary.
