Structural Superintendent
Seeking a hands-on, driven Structural Superintendent responsible for supervising all concrete, windows, waterproofing, metal, and stair aspects and all misc. metal tasks of the project to ensure completion and customer satisfaction.

What You'll Do
- Work with on-site staff of superintendents as a team
- Responsible for quality control of all trades
- Coordinate, schedule and monitor work from start of excavation through envelope enclosure.
- Review structural shop drawings to identify possible conflicts.
- Attend/chair weekly coordination meetings with all trades
- Enforce onsite safety programs.
- Interface with governing officials to inspect and approve work.
- Interface with Architect and Subcontractors to process RFI’s.
- Maintaining and reviewing daily logs
- Maintaining and completing dust logs and keeping dust permit up to date.
- Create and complete punch list to ensure all work is completed in accordance to contract documents and buyer changes are incorporated into building according to schedule.
- Monitor installations per manufacturer requirements and “As-Builts” for all Structural systems.
What You'll Need
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a construction-related field
- 5-10 years related experience.
- Mid- to high-rise residential construction experience preferred.
- Experience constructing at least a $25M project start to finish.
- Fast-track construction experience.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs including Project, Word and Excel
- Procore
- General knowledge of building and mechanical codes
- Knowledge of concrete construction, post tension and cast in place building construction.

- Team player
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, must have the ability to provide direction and guidance to skilled trades workers.
