Job Details
We are seeking an experienced Structural Project Manager to lead large, complex building projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing high-profile projects, strong client-facing skills, and a passion for structural engineering.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee large, complex structural engineering projects from inception to completion.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
- Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Conduct regular project meetings to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure project milestones are met.
- Ensure all projects comply with industry standards, codes, and regulations.
- Prepare and present project reports, proposals, and other documentation as required.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 5-8 years of experience in structural engineering.
- At least 3 years of experience as a Project Manager.
- Minimum of 2 years in a client-facing role.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license is required.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- Over 10 years of experience in structural engineering.
- Master’s Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
- Structural Engineer (SE) license.
