Structural Project Engineer - PTS Advance

We are looking for a Structural Project engineer being the first level of a licensed engineer with the company.  You will supervise and lead teams of employees in work that is technically complex and requires considerable amount of experience, skill and engineering knowledge.   

Job Duties 

• In charge of project delivery to the satisfaction of our clients
• Performs projects strategically and aggressively so that projects and tasks are successfully completed in a logical and timely manner
• Performs a variety of engineering tasks as required by management and our clients demonstrate a wide variety of expertise in the engineering concepts, practices, and procedures needed to properly complete all work products
• Prepares accurate and quality work products
• Takes ownership of projects and responsible for stamping and signing all plans, calculations, and specifications that he/she has prepared
• Provides excellent client service by constantly demonstrating responsiveness and service orientation to our customer's needs. Always communicates effectively with customers, staff, project team members, and public agencies on all issues.
• 7. Work oriented towards results by taking ownership of assignment/project results with minimal assistance from upper management.
• In charge of proposal development by sending estimates and prepare engineering proposals as requested

Required qualifications  

• Education: Bachelor's Degree (Civil Engineering preferred)
• Experience: 6 years of Structural Engineering (CA experience preferred)
• Computer Skills: MS Office, Project Management Tools (Deltek Vision preferred), FE Modeling, 3D Structural Analysis
• Certifications: Licensed Civil Engineer (CA required)

Salary: $95,000-$120,000 DOE
