Structural Fitter - H + M Industrial Services

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a skilled Structural Fitter to join our team. The Structural Fitter will be responsible for fabricating and fitting metal components and structures according to blueprints and specific welding requirements.

**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a Structural Fitter or similar role.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong knowledge of welding techniques and equipment.
- Ability to use various hand and power tools.

- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

**Responsibilities:**
- Study blueprints and technical drawings to determine the best welding techniques and methods.
- Cut, shape, and fit metal components according to specifications.
- Ensure the quality and accuracy of completed work.
- Operate welding equipment following safety guidelines.
- Inspect and test welded structures to discover flaws.
- Maintain equipment in good condition.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure project goals are met in a timely manner.

**Physical Requirements:**
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various positions.
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Willingness to work in different environments, including heights.
