Job DescriptionWe are seeking an adaptive and thoughtful Structural Engineering Leader who feels they’re stuck in a stagnant office that is bureaucratic and conventional. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated accomplishments in structural engineering design, coupled with project management experience. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, design, and execution of structural engineering projects from concept to completion. As well, you will have a significant voice in the direction of the organization and play a meaningful role in our office’s goals.

Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architectural Engineering (Master's degree preferred).
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in structural engineering design and project management.
- Proficiency in structural analysis and design software such as ETABS, RAM, Risa3D, etc.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, standards, and regulations (e.g., IBC, ACI, AISC).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize workloads, and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience with BIM (Building Information Modeling) software
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

Physical and Work Environment:
- Duties are performed in a normal office environment while sitting at a desk or computer.
- Duties require the ability to actively engage with a computer for several hours per day.
- May occasionally need to lift items up to 15 lbs.
- Duties require in-person attendance, Monday through Friday, during our business hours of 8 AM to 5 PM
