Structural Engineer - Selectek, Inc.

Position Overview:
Selectek is currently looking for a Lead Structural Engineer to join our team. This contract-to-direct opportunity will allow the selected candidate to lead projects across commercial, educational, and healthcare sectors. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead structural design efforts for a variety of commercial, educational, and healthcare projects.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and engineers from other disciplines to deliver innovative, cost-effective solutions.
• Perform structural analysis, calculations, and design using AutoCAD and related software.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and team collaboration, ensuring project success from conception to completion.
• Assist in business development activities, fostering client relationships and expanding the company’s portfolio.
• Provide mentoring and guidance to junior engineers and designers.

Required Qualifications:

• BS in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in structural engineering with a diverse portfolio including commercial, educational, and healthcare projects.
• Proven project management experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated, with strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in business development and client engagement.

Compensation:

• Salary up to $85k.

Shift and Hours: 

• Monday- Friday
• 8 AM- 5 PM
