Structural Engineer
We are hiring a Structural Engineer to join a leading firm with a 50+ year history and a very desirable culture that has earned top workplace awards in consecutive years.

This is an opportunity to join a multidiscipline team with a passion for engineering, architecture, and planning for private and public projects across the US. You will be part of a collaborative structural engineering team working on diverse projects in renewable energy including wind and solar, oil and gas, industrial, and more!
What the Structural Engineer Will Do:
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, architects, engineers, and vendors to deliver exceptional project outcomes.
- Lead and inspire a team of engineers, designers, and technicians to achieve project success.
- Conduct and review structural design calculations, drawings, and specifications with precision.
- Attend construction sites to perform field observations, respond to RFIs, and review submittals, ensuring quality and compliance.
- Take an active role in virtual and in-person project and department team meetings to share insights and ideas.
- Drive business development efforts by contributing to proposals and cultivating client relationships.
- Create detailed technical reports that showcase your expertise and provide clarity for stakeholders.
- Ensure client objectives are met and strive to consistently exceed their expectations.
- Oversee project drafting and provide detailed reviews to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and workload forecasting to keep everything on track.
- Thrive in a hybrid work environment, balancing flexibility with effective collaboration.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from an ABET accredited program
- 5+ years of structural engineering experience including concrete and steel design
- Professional Engineer license or the ability to become licensed
- Experienced with AutoCAD or Revit, MS Office, industry, building, and design codes
