• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required
• 2+ years of experience working as an engineer
• EIT certification or ability to obtain within 6 months
• Knowledge and experience with structural design 
• Strong Knowledge of AutoCAD, Civil 3D
• Excellent communication skills
• History of meeting deadlines
