Structural Engineer - Bridge Design Specialist - Gpac

We are seeking a talented and experienced Structural Engineer specializing in bridge design to join our rapidly growing, industry-leading engineering firm. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and analysis of bridge structures, ensuring compliance with industry standards, codes, and regulations.
• Collaborate with a team of engineers and stakeholders to develop solutions for complex bridge design and rehabilitation projects.
• Prepare detailed engineering calculations, drawings, and specifications for bridges and related infrastructure projects.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies to define project scope, goals, and requirements.
• Perform site visits, inspections, and evaluations of existing structures, providing recommendations for improvements and upgrades.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers and project staff, fostering a culture of knowledge-sharing and professional growth.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality standards.

Desired Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Structural Engineering or related field.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in structural engineering, with a focus on bridge design and analysis.
• Strong expertise in bridge design codes, industry standards, and software tools such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and structural analysis programs.
• Proven ability to lead and manage complex bridge design projects from conceptualization through completion.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and with external clients and contractors.
