Structural Engineer - Selectek, Inc.

I have a client located near Mableton, GA that has an immediate need for a Structural Engineer.

As a Structural Engineer you will prepare shoring drawings and structural designs for the construction of multi-story concrete buildings.

Requirements:

• BSCE (Structural Emphasis)
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of and ability to perform basic structural analysis calculations.

Responsibilities:

• Preparation of applicable calculations.
• Creation and maintenance of AutoCAD drawings.
• Production of drawings for use in the field.
• Coordination with field staff and assisting with field inspections.
• Prepare shoring drawings and structural designs for the construction of multi-story concrete buildings.

Preferred Experience:

• Previous experience in reinforced concrete and timber design.
• Previous hands-on experience in construction.
• Previous experience in engineering/designing concrete buildings or structures
• EIT/PE Certification.

Pay:

$25-30/hr+ (depending on experience)

**They will be requiring this person to relocate to Raleigh, NC, after about a year of working/training in the GA office.
