Qualifications and responsibilities for this Structural Drafter/Project Manager position include:

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture strongly preferred, with a minimum of 5 years of structural drafting and project management experience in residential design
Expertise in AutoCAD 2025 and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
In-depth knowledge of structural elements, including statics, strength of materials, and integration of these elements into cohesive designs
Strong understanding of materials and methods related to residential construction
Ability to create detailed zoning, design, and construction documents for residential projects
Proven experience in client relationship management and collaborative, team-based work environments
Proficiency in Rhino, 3D Modeling, Photoshop, or other engineering programs preferred

Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
