Job Description: Structural Drafter/CAD Designer

Position Overview:  This role entails utilizing advanced CAD software to create, manipulate, and refine intricate 2D and 3D designs for various electrical equipment, structural components, and assemblies, all tailored to specific client requirements.

Job Duties:

• Generate detailed engineering drawings and models using industry-standard software, including Autodesk Inventor, to fulfill client needs for structural builds, fabrication assemblies, and customization projects.
• Execute programming tasks as necessary, leveraging tools such as Stryker and Bendsimpro to enhance project outcomes.
• Effectively manage assigned tasks, prioritizing workload to ensure timely completion and adherence to project timelines.

Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Two or more years of experience in Drafting, Design, Manufacturing, or Engineering.
• Demonstrated proficiency (minimum two years) in drafting structural components within a manufacturing environment, with expertise in Autodesk Inventor.
• Strong command of MS Office Suite and the ability to read and interpret blueprints and layouts.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• A growth mindset, coupled with a willingness to tackle challenges and embrace continuous learning.
