What You’ll Do:

• Work closely with Structural Engineers, other Designers, Project Managers, and clients to translate building solutions into design concepts.
• Create detailed 2D and 3D structural technical drawings and models using AutoCAD and Revit, translating sketches and design concepts into construction documents.
• Apply design standards, industry practices, and drafting techniques to ensure precision and quality.
• Coordinate and implement CAD and BIM workflows to ensure models meet project-specific requirements and standards.
• Support the engineering team by resolving drafting challenges and ensuring structural requirements are met throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and accuracy.

What You’ll Need:

• An associate degree or bachelor’s degree in Drafting, Engineering Technology, or a related field.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Revit.
• 5+ years of experience in structural drafting or design, preferably in building projects.
• Strong understanding of structural design principles, materials (steel, concrete, wood), and construction techniques.
• The ability to produce high-quality document sets.
• Teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
